摘要
文中对MARPOL73/78附则Ⅳ的历届修正及最新发展进行了介绍,其中对于2007年2月2日对我国生效的经MEPC.115(51)决议修订的MARPOL73/78附则IV的主要修订进行了详细分析,提出了我们在PSC检查中对生活污水处理装置的公约符合性检查要点。
This paper introduces the latest amendments and development of MARPOL73/78 Annex IV and analyzes the major contents of amended MARPOL73/78 Annex IV adopted by Resolution MEPC.115 （51）, which became effective to China on 2 February 2007. It also provides some point of views relating to the PSC inspection of compliance with the requirements of MARPOL Annex IV.
