刍议我国现行的行政监督体制

On the Current Administrative Supervision System of China

我国现行的行政监督体制适应于我国的国情,但是在各种因素的影响下,我国行政监督体制存在着一些问题,导致监督效能下降,给我国社会主义现代化建设带来了许多负面的影响。通过中外行政体制不同特点的对比分析,指出我国行政监督体制中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的改革路径。

This article points out the main problems in the administrative supervision system of China and puts forward some means accordingly through comparative analysis of the different characteristics of administrative system of China and foreign countries.
