摘要
目的:在建立螺纹型牙种植体有限元模型中,提高实体模型准确性、建模速度、实体模型导入的成功率和单元划分质量。方法:使用pro/E软件自适应功能建立不同螺纹的牙种植体骨块实体模型,利用Hypermesh软件前处理功能,从Pro/E软件导入模型,划分单元,再导出模型到ABAQUS软件。结果:实体模型形状同真实螺纹完全一致,导入Hypermesh软件和建立的有限元模型导出到ABAQUS软件均未发生失真,有限元模型单元规则,无变形单元。结论:Pro/E的自适应功能提高实体模型准确性和建模速度;利用Hypermesh7.0软件做前处理,避免了模型的失真,提高了单元划分的质量,保证了计算精度。
Objective: To improve the achievement ratio of model imported using hypermesh and Pro/E software to constructing a 3-D FE model of immediately loaded screw-type dental implant for finite element analysis. Methods: Firstly, establish 3-D model using self-adaptation of Pro/E software, then Import 3-D model to Hypermesh sofeware; finally, mesh element and import 3-D FE model to ABAQUS software. Results: Whenever 3-D model was imported to Hypermesh software and exported to ABAQUS software, the distortion did not happened. The element meshed was the more regular. Conclusion: Use self-adaptation of Pro/E software to improve the speed of establishing 3-D model, use pre-processing of Hypermesh software to avoid the distortion of model and improve the precision of calculation.
