摘要 目的:探讨小型猪牙齿在牙槽骨缺损修复区的移动情况。方法:选用6只实验用小型猪(8-10个月龄),在一侧前磨牙近中造成直径为15mm,高为10mm圆柱状的骨缺损区。获取小型猪的自体骨髓基质细胞,分离培养并诱导为成骨样细胞。将小型猪自体骨髓基质干细胞与生物复合体(60%羟基磷灰石+40%磷酸三钙)复合后,种植到骨缺损区。另一侧作为对照侧。术后14W用60g力牵引双侧第一前磨牙近中移动。于12W后测量双侧前磨牙的移动距离。进行配对t检验比较。结果:6只小型猪两侧第一前磨牙近中移动平均距离的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用细胞支架构建方式,可修复小型猪的上颌骨缺损,修复后不会对牙齿移动产生不良影响。 Objective:To observe the movement of miniature were obtained pig's teeth in the area of defective alveolar bone Methods:6 minipigs were selected, mesenchymal stem cells from each miniature were obtained pig, the bone defect (diameter 15mm, high 10mm) were made and filled with BMSC-scaffold. After 14weeks, Orthodontic appliances were fixed to mesially guide the maxillary first pre-molars. Result: The miniature pig's teeth were mesially moved in the section with BMSC-scaffold. There were no signifficant differences between two sides for the movement distance of the first pre-molars (P〉0.05). Conclusions:It is a reasonable method to restore bone defect with BMSC scaffold. The mini pigs' teeth can be mesially moved in the area filled with BMSC scaffold.
