摘要 环境内分泌干扰物是指一类外源性化合物质,其通过多种途径进入机体后,能干扰体内正常内分泌物质的合成、释放、转运、代谢、结合、作用和排出等过程。其来源广泛,种类繁多,性质稳定,不易降解。卵泡是不可再生的组织结构,环境内分泌干扰物可影响卵泡发育及卵母细胞的成熟过程,并进一步影响卵巢功能、受精及早期胚胎发育,对女性生殖健康有显著的负面影响。 Environmental endocrine disruptors (EDs) are a group of exogenous compounds. After entering into the human body, they can interfere with synthesis, secretion, transport, metabolism, binding, action and elimination of normal endocrine substances. These substances are extensive in sources, diverse in sorts and stable in property, so they are difficult to be degenerated. Follicles are nonregenerated tissues, EDs can disturb process of follicular development and maturation of oocytes, and further impact ovarian functions, fertilization and embryonic development in early stage and compromise reproductive health of the females.
