论中国外资政策的调整——基于激励政策效应的角度

ON CHINA＇ S ADJUSTMENT OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT POLICY FROM THE EFFECT OF INCENTIVE POLICY

通过对东道国投资激励政策效应分析可知,激励政策不是FDI流向的决定因素,外资流入对促进东道国经济发展具有不确定性,中国新一轮的外资政策调整对中国真实的外资流入规模不会有大的影响,却有利于利用外资目标的实现,有利于利用外资质量的提升,有利于优化中国的产业结构和行业结构。

Based on the analysis about the effectiveness of host countries＇ investment incentive policy, the author points out that the new round of foreign investment adjustment policy will not affect the flowing scale of foreign investment into China, but is beneficial not only to the realization and quality promotion of foreign investment but also to the optimization of our industrial and trade structure.
