摘要
高凝油具有"凝固点高、蜡含量高、析蜡温度高"等特性,决定了其开采方式和"热"密不可分。开发初期,主导开采方式主要以"水力活塞泵、闭式热水循环"等采油工艺为主。随着油田的注水开发,油井综合含水不断上升,传统采油工艺因"生产成本高、能耗大"而无法满足现场生产需要。几年来,对高凝油采油工艺进行了有机整合,实现了以抽油机为主体的机械采油工艺,在降本创效方面取得了显著成效,同时也暴露出新问题,即主力注水区块的整体提液能力受到限制,阻碍了区块整体采油速度的提高。针对这一问题,研究应用了螺杆泵采油新途径并获得成功。
High pour-point oil is characterized by high setting point,high wax content and high initial crys- tallizing point of paraffin,which determines on that the producing methods of high pour-point oil and heating cannot he separated.At the initial stage of development,the main oil production methods give priority to hy- draulic piston pump and closed hot water circulation.Alongside oilfield waterflooding,the complex water cut of oil wells increases continuously and the traditional artificial lift technologies cannot he able to meet the demand of field production because of high production cost and large energy consumption.Over the years,the oil production technologies of high pour-point oil have been integrated organically,implementing mechanical oil production methods marked by oil pumping device and coming to fruition concerning cost reduction and yielding benefits.But in the meantime,oil pumping device also constricts the room of integrated extraction in main waterflooding blocks,which also hinders unitary oil production rate from increasing.Aimed at this problem,this paper puts forward the new method of oil production by Progressing Cavity Pumps.h is successfully applied in the field.
