摘要
随着加工原油的轻质化,兰州石化公司5.0Mt/a常减压装置初馏塔塔顶压力达到负荷上限(0.15MPa),处理能力最大仅为4.5Mt/a。为消除该瓶颈,即保证装置加工轻质原油时处理能力达到设计负荷5.0Mt/a,对装置初馏塔系统进行了技术改造,包括对初馏塔、初顶油气-原油换热器、初馏塔顶空冷器、回流泵及加热炉火嘴等的改造。改造后,在加工重质原油时,装置处理量可达到16000t/d,在加工轻质原油时,处理量也可达到15000t/d,装置的操作弹性可以达到50%~105%,综合能耗为9.27kg标油/t。
As Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's 5Mt/a atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit starts to switch away from heavy to light crude oil ,the pressure at the top of the primary tower has reached the upper limit of 0.15MPa and the maximum processing capacity is only 4.5Mt/a.To raise the light crude processing capacity of the unit back to 5.0Mt/a,a technical upgrade was conducted to the primary tower system,including the primary tower,the primary tower oil and gas-crude heat exchanger,the air cooler at the top of the primary tower,the reflux pump arid the heating furnace burner.After the upgrade,the unit's capacity of processing heavy crude could reach 16000t/d and its light crude processing capacity could reach 15000t/d.The operating flexibility of the unit is 50% to 105% and the overall energy efficiency is 9.27kg of oil equivalent/t.
