柴油加氢精制装置原料泵节能增容改造

摘要 介绍了柴油加氢精制装置原料泵的基本情况,重点论述了加氢原料泵改造的理论依据、额定扬程的选择,并对原料泵改造前后的参数进行了对比。此次改造效果十分明显,以120t/h流量下的参数为例进行计算,发现原料泵改造后比改造前节约功率45.8kW。此次改造有效地降低了扬程,减少了泵出口管路损失,降低了原料泵的能耗,而且提高了泵的流量,解决了制约装置加工量的瓶颈问题,也为存在相似问题的炼油装置提供了参考。 This paper describes the basics of the feedstock pump of the diesel oil hydrofining unit before elaborating on the theoretical basis for the upgrade of the feedstock pump and the selection of rated pump head.It also compares the parameters prior to and after the upgrade.The upgrade resulted in significant resuhs.Using parameters obtained when the flow rate was 120t/h for calculation,the power of the upgraded feedstock pump dropped by 45.8kW compared with before the upgrade.This upgrade effectively reduced the pump head ,the line loss of the pump outlet and the energy consumption of the pump and raised the flow rate of the pump.It helped remove the restraint on the growth of the processing capacity of the unit and could also serve as a reference for other refining units with similar problems.
