摘要 PE 冻胶纺是一种新颖纺丝技术,其关键在于选择适当的溶剂对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHWPE)进行均匀溶解,经纺丝获得低缠结的冻胶丝和对冻胶丝进行萃取、干燥以及超倍热拉伸.本工作是采用溶胀 DSC 和溶解试验对 UHWPE 溶解的研究,实验结果表明:①在一定温度范围内对 UHWPE 进行溶胀处理后,可达到均匀溶解的目的;②溶胀温度的范围主要取决于所使用的溶剂,可由 DSC 溶胀图确定;③溶剂的溶解能力可由溶胀试验进行估算。 PE gel-spinning is a new spinning technique in which there are following steps: dissolving UHWPE evenly in a suitable solvent;spinning the solution to obtaingel yarn with low entanglement crosslink and then putting the yarn into extract-ing,drying and super drawing.In this work,through the dissolving test by meansof swelling DSC,it is found that under a certain range of temperature,afterswelling treatment of UHWPE,the purpose of evenly dissolving can be realized,and that the swelling temperature depends mainly upon the solvent used and maybe determined by DSC swelling curve,and the solubility of the solvent can beestimated by swelling DSC method.
