摘要
使用可靠性模型是综合优化维修策略、维修备件库存/订货、维修资源等的关键,为此本文介绍了故障编码、车辆关键总成的确认办法,以减少不必要的检查、维修,同时为车辆使用可靠性建模确立了研究对象。并研究应用RCMCost工具,以快速得到故障数据的各种拟合模型图形及参数,并由图形和拟合质量指标ε对不同分布函数的拟合精度作直观的和定量的比较,快速建立使用可靠性统计模型。文中给出了某公司车辆关键总成使用可靠性统计模型的建立过程。该研究具有较强的实用性。
The statistical distribution model of field reliability of system or component is the key to synthetically optimize the maintenance and repair policy, spare parts inventory/indent and maintenance resource. So First, a failure coding method and a method of selecting vehicle key assembly are introduced in this paper to reduce unnecessary check-up and maintenance,and by these ways the research objects are established for modeling of vehicle field reliability. Secondly, to rapidly set up field reliability statistical model,a study of RCMCost tool is made to quickly obtain the graphs and parameters of each fit model of failure datas and to visually and quantatively compare the fit precision using different distribution function by figure and fit quality index ε, respectively. The process of set up the field reliability model of vehicle key assembly in some company is presented in this paper. This study has rather great practicability.
