摘要
介绍了一种在静止无功功率补偿(SVC)控制中精确跟踪功率因数参据量的方法。该方法基于Steinmetz三相不平衡负荷补偿理论,通过对其补偿条件的改进,推导出一种可任意设定功率因数参据量的补偿电纳公式。将功率因数给定值直接揉合到补偿电纳公式中,避免了从功率因数设定值到无功功率设定值或无功电流设定值的转换过程以及由此带来的采样与计算误差,从而提高了系统的控制精度和响应时间。通过理论分析、Matlab仿真以及对SVC装置现场运行数据的实际测量,证明该方法不仅具有精确、快速等特性,还具有实际工程应用价值。
A new method of accurately setting reference values of power factor in the control of static var compensation (SVC) is introduced.Based on the Steinmetz principle for three-phase imbalanced loads, and via modifying the compensation conditions of the Steinmetz principle,a new compensation formula is deduced in which reference values of power factor can be set randomly.This method integrates the reference values of power factor into the new formula, and thus avoids the transformation process from the reference values of power factor to reactive power or reactive current.Because the error,s of sampling and counting are eliminated, the new method greatly improves the control precision and response speed.At last,theory analysis,Matlab simulation,and measurement of locale data of a SVC device show that the control method is precise ,fast and reliable, and also has practical project application value.
