摘要
介绍了一种滞环型控制PFC电路的实现方法;它以正弦波采样为基准,利用滞环比较器实现开关管的关断时间控制。用电流峰值的采样与调制后的正弦采样信号作比较,实现开关管的开通时间控制。电路无需模拟乘法器,采用PWM技术和正弦斩波方案,实现对输出的反馈稳压控制。以Boost电路为基础,提出了有关开关频率的估算方法。
A realization method of the power factor correction (PFC) circuit based on hysteresis control is persented.It uses hysteresis comparator to realize the switch off-time,and uses detected peak current comparing with modulated sine sample to realize the switch on-time.Multiplier is not used within circuit,PWM technique and sine chopping are used to realize feedback control for output stabilization.Based on Boost circuit, estimation method of switch frequency with this cireuit is presented.
