摘要
针对输出电压与输入电压之比较高的推挽变换器,提出一种双变压器串联谐振软开关推挽电路,以提高其效率。两个推挽变换器的变压器次级串联,并且实现串联谐振软开关。给出了其电路构成及工作原理,推导分析了该电路的工作过程。在此基础上,对该电路与单变压器串联谐振软开关推挽电路作了比较研究。最后研制了12V输入、360V输出、200W功率的DC/DC变换器。通过实验证明,该电路具有较高的效率。
In order to raise the efficiency of push-pull converters with high ratio between the output voltage and the input vohage,a double-transformer series resonant soft-switching push-pull circuit is proposed.The series secondary sides of the two transformers can achieve series resonant soft-switching.The construction and principle are presented and the operating process of the circuit ie analyzed.Based on these, the comparison research of the soft-switching push-pull circuit with two transformers and one transformer is carried on.The experimental results on two 200W DC/DC converters verify the improvement.
