摘要
介绍了Buck与推挽级联构成的级联式电流反馈推挽DC/DC变换器。由于推挽级开关管和输出整流管电压应力小,且与输入电压无关,因而极适合宽输入电压范围,并有利于变换器的优化设计。分析了该变换器的工作原理,给出了变换器的主电路、控制电路及变压器的设计,最后给出了输入36~72V,输出5V/50W的样机实验结果。
Buck and push-pull cascade and current-fed DC/DC converter is introduced.The voltage stresses on push-pull switching devices and rectifiers are low and are not influenced by input voltage.This converter is fit for wider input voltage ranges.The principle is analyzed.The design procedures of the current-fed push-pull converter's power stage, control circuit and high frequency transformer are introduced.A prototype of 36-72 V input,5 V/50 W output is built up and the experimental results are given.
