摘要
通过研究 PET/60PHB 共聚酯粘弹参数与温度的关系,建立了用流变学方法研究热致性液晶聚合物相转变的方法。在 PET/60PHB 共聚酯的粘弹参数温度谱上,198℃和321℃分别对应共聚酯的熔融转变和液晶相转变。未熔的小有序体在245℃完全熔融;高于347℃,熔体中各向同性相占优势,低于347℃,各向异性相占优势。与 DSC 曲线上的结果能较好吻合。
Through the study of the relation between PET/60PHB copolyester viscoelasticparameter and temperature,a method was made out to study the phase transition ofthermotropic liquid crystal polymer.On the temperature spectrum of PET/60PHBcopolyester,the temperatures of 198℃ and 321℃ correspond to the melt transitionand liquid crystalline phase transition respectively.At the temperature of 245℃,thesmall crystals melt completely.Above the temperature of 347℃,the melt is mainlyin the form of isotropic phase,blow the temperature,the melt is mainly in theform of anisotropic phase.
