艾滋病中医临床文献病因病机信息初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of AIDS Etiology and Pathogenesis on Chinese Medical Literature

目的探讨艾滋病的中医病因病机,为进一步开展艾滋病理论和临床研究提供依据。方法检索1985年至2006年我国中医药治疗艾滋病临床类文献,根据文献设计出病因病机信息提取表,由中医专家提取文献信息,最后建立艾滋病中医病因病机数据库,并进行统计分析。结果共筛选出120篇中医治疗艾滋病的临床文献。统计结果显示,艾滋病的外因为疠气,内因以虚为主,表现为气、血、阴、阳、精亏虚;病机为毒邪入侵机体,日久则正气虚损,以致气虚血瘀,痰、湿、热阻滞,变证丛生。结论艾滋病的病因、发病与疠气有重要关系;病机为湿浊、热毒之邪入侵机体,日久累及正气虚损(以气血阴阳俱伤、精气损耗、脏腑渐虚为主)。

Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS from the perspective of Chinese medicine to provide evidences for theoretical and clinical researches. Methods Clinical literature concerning AIDS between 1985 and 2006 was retrieved and analyzed. Results 120 pieces of literature were involved. It was found that the external cause was epidemic factor and the internal cause was the deficiency of qi, blood, yin, yang and essence; and the pathogenesis was external invasion and internal deficiency, leading to qi insufficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and dampness accumulation. Conclusion The onset of AIDS is involved in epidemic pathogens and internal imbalance.
