摘要
从人体健康到病理改变,从体质到证候,人体的代谢产物会随之发生相应的动态变化。利用代谢组学研究人体代谢物组,可以用于一些疾病的诊断,揭示其病理过程,并预示部分疾病的转归。代谢组学与中医体质和证候学的研究有着不谋而合之处;基于代谢组学进行人体体质以及结合"辨证论治"和"以方测证"开展证候的现代研究,为"治未病"和证候客观化研究提供了新的思路和线索。中医药防治理论与代谢组学的结合将为中医药的现代化和国际化开辟新的方向。
The body＇s metabolites change withthe human body from health to disease, and constitution to syndrome. Metabonomics approach can be used for the diagnosis of some diseases and to reveal the pathological process and evaluate the prognosis of some diseases. In addition, in accordance with the characteristics of TCM, metabonomics approach has coincided with the study on constitution and syndrome in Chinese medicine, which can provide evidences for understanding the scientific essence of ＂treating underlying disorders＂ and syndrome objectification, hence to promote the modernization and globalization of Chinese medicine.
