成都市经济发展方式转变的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Change of the Mode of Economic Development in Chengdu

在对经济发展方式基本问题讨论的基础上,采用要素投入量与要素生产率的变化对经济增长的相对贡献大小、科技进步贡献率高低、系列相关指标的变化等三种方法,判断成都市经济发展方式的转变情况。经过分析得到如下结论:成都市经济发展方式基本上由粗放型转向了集约型,但是集约型的层次还比较低,离经济发展质量全面提高的目标还有差距。

Based on discussion of basic issue about the mode of economic development, this paper uses three kinds of methods to judge the situation of change in the mode of economic development in Chengdu city. They are, namely, calculating the Relative contribution of the amount of the key elements input and change of the key element productivity to the economic growth, comparing the contribution rate of science and technology and observing change of some relavant indicators respectively. The conclusion is： The mode of economic development in Cheng Du City has been basically changed into intensive type from the extensive type, but the level of intensive type is still low, there is a gap to the target of improving economic development comprehensively.
