介绍了丙纶细旦长丝的生产工艺。在国产纺丝设备 KP431丙纶纺丝机上,采用高熔融指数树脂,喷油上油、适当调整侧吹风温度和风速、以及牵伸机卷绕张力,生产出了单丝纤度为2.31—2.36dtex,强力为4.3—4.4cN/dtex 的丙纶细旦丝。

Using the PP resin with high malt flow index as raw material,on the type ofKP431-6 spinning machine,PP filament yarn with titer 2.31—2.36 dtez/f,tenacity4.3—4.4cN/dtex was produced.Through the test and analysis,it is found that a littlehigher temperature quench air can reduce the solidification point of thread flow soas to increase the evenness of as-spun yarn.Controlling the winding tension ofdrawing machine is a most important factor on the quality of PP filament yarnwith finedenier.
