摘要
采用632.8nm的He-Ne激光光源,测量了药物原料四乙酰呋喃核糖在三氯甲烷溶液中的比旋光度。测量在不同的浓度下进行,得出了旋转角φ随浓度变化的线性关系。为提高测量精度,采用了法拉第调制的方法,详细介绍测量装置和工作原理。由于采用激光光源和法拉第调制方法,精度可达千分之四度。为测量旋光性较弱的生命物质和药物等溶液的比旋光度。
The power rotation of 1,2,3,5 Tetra O acetyl β D ribofuranose solutions in various concentrations were measured using a 632 8 nm He Ne laser beam. A linear association of rotational angle φ with concentration was obtained. In order to improve the precision of the measurement, the Faraday modulation method was adopted. The paper describes in detail the relevant instruments as well as the structure and the principle of Faraday modulation device. Since laser and Faraday modulation method were used in the experiment, the measurement reaches a precision of 4×10 -3 degrees. It is an easy, effective and highly accurate method for measuring the rotational angle of materials with weaker rotations, such as bio maler and drug solutions.
