天水市水资源合理开发利用探讨

Probing into Rational Exploration and Utilization of Water Resources in Tianshui City

分析了天水市水资源利用的现状及存在的问题,提出的合理开发利用水资源的策略是:留住天上水,加强雨水资源利用;拦蓄过境水,提高水资源调控能力;保护地下水,合理开发地下水资源;用好再生水,治理水污染,保护水环境;争取外调水,促进水资源合理配置。

This paper based on the status of the existing problems of the utilization for water resources,presents some strategy on protecting reasonably exploiting and utilizing water resources in Tianshui city Firstly,to establish the use of water resources on the basis of retain moisture in the sky. Secondly, to improve the regulation and control of water resources on the basis of transit to retain water. Thirdly, to protect of groundwater and rational exploration of groundwater resources. Forthly, to make good use of renewable water, the problem of water pollution and protection of water environment. For the transfer, and promote rational distribution of water resources.
