摘要
用对氯苯甲醛和对羟基苯甲醛为原料,合成了两种新型氯代苯基卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶化合物,收率分别为43.3%和48.6%,m.p.>300℃。研究了合成、分离和纯化方法,得到了纯度较高的两种化合物晶体,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱对化合物的组成和结构进行了鉴定。
Two novel chlorophenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds were synthesized using p-chlorobenzaldehyde and benzaldehyde as the starting materials,and their yield reached 43.3%~48.6% with the melting point reaching 〉300 ℃.By studying the synthesis,separation and purification methods,two high-purity crystal compounds were obtained.The composition and structure of these compounds were measured by IR,UV-Vis,^1HNMR and MS.
