Different Management Chanactenistics between Famous Chinese and Fortign Universities

对世界著名大学的认识有利于我国高等教育发展过程中对成功教育与成功管理进行借鉴,对这些大学的管理特征进行分析、理解与归纳,有利于我们进行管理体制的改革,提高管理水平,保证教育质量。本文从三个方面就这一主题展开讨论:首先,指明大学的基本职能;其次,重点对中国大学和世界著名大学的管理特征进行对比;最后,根据对比,就中国大学的管理体制改革提出几点。

During the development of high education, familiarization with world＇s famous universities helps in successful high education and management. By analyzing, comprehending and deducing from their management characteristics, it benefits us considerably in management system reform, management improvement and better education quality. This paper discusses this issue in three factors： firstly, it states essential functions of university ; secondly, it presents important comparison results between Chinese universities and world＇s prestigious universities ; and finally, it addresses management reform by innovating several methods.
