周期型马来丝虫雌、雄成虫氨基酸组分的研究

STUDY ON THE KINDS AND CONTENT OF AMINO ACID IN MALE AND FEMALE ADULT OF PERIODIC BRUGIA MALAYI

本文应用HPLC技术对我国周期型马来丝虫雌、雄成虫的氨基酸组成及含量进行分析比较。结果显示：雄虫15种氨基酸的平均含量均高于雌虫相应氨基酸含量，其中有7种氨基酸（Asp、Glu、Gly、Pro、Val、Met、Try＋Phe）明显高于雌虫（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），雄虫的酸性氨基酸亦明显高于雌虫（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），所测的碱性氨基酸含量雌、雄虫无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；雌、雄虫氨基酸含量较高的前5种基本相同。

The kinds and content of amino acid in male and female adult of periodic Brugia malayi were analyzed with HPLC.The result showed that the absolute amount(μg/mg dry podwer) of 15 kinds of amino acid in the male adult was higher than that in the female adult and there were 7 kinds of amino acid(Asp, Glu, Gly, Pro, Val, Met, Try+ Phe)with the significant difference(P<0.05 or P< 0.01);The content of all tested acidic amino acid of the males was higher than that of the female(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) .However, no significant difference in the alkaline amino acid(P >0.05) was found. In the order of content, the first 5 kinds of amino acid in the two sexes adult were similar.
