摘要
采用鱼类毒性试验方法,测定增效剂B002和杀螺剂氯硝柳胺及B002和氯硝柳脸(1:1)复方对草鱼、鲢鱼的急性毒性。结果表明B002为200mg/L时48h,96h对草、鲢鱼无急性毒性,属低毒药物;氯硝柳胺对草鱼和鲢鱼48,96h的TLM值为0.1192和0.1777mg/L属剧毒药物;B002和氯硝柳胺复方对草鱼和链鱼的48,96h的TLM值为0.3124和0.3027mg/L.因此,B002并不增加氯硝柳胺对草鱼、鲢鱼的毒性,对鱼毒性无增效作用。
The acute toxicity of synergist B002 and molluscicide niclosamide and theirmixure in proportion of 1: 1 against Ctenopharygodon idellus and Hypophthalminchthys molitrix has been determined.The result showed that there were not any toxicity of synergist B002 under the concentration of 200 mg/L to both C. idellus and H. molitrix exposed for 48 and 96 hours.The TLM of molluscicide niclosamide to the fish exposed for 48 and 96 hours were 0. 1192 and 0.1777mg/L.The TLM of B002 mixed with niclosamide(1: 1) to the fich exporsed 48 and 96 hours were 0.3124 and 0.3027mg/L,showing that B002 had no synergism toxic effect against fish.
