恶性疟原虫对青蒿素制剂、咯萘啶敏感性现场体外监测方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探索恶性疟原虫对新抗疟药敏感性现场体外监测方法,指导药物敏感性监测。参照WHO推荐的Rieckmann体外微量测定法,在自制青蒿琥酯、还原青蒿素、蒿乙醚及咯萘啶测定板中测定了以上4种药物的敏感性。测定成功率分别为79.4%、79.8%、78.6%及77.3%,与WHO提供的氯喹板及阿莫地喹(氨酚喹)相同;疟原虫抑制率亦与氯喹板及阿莫地喹板相似,均随药物浓度的增高而依次上升。提示自制测定极药物稳定、灵敏、重复性好、简便易行,可现场推广使用。 For determining sensitivity of P.falciparum in the field, Rieckmann in vitro microtechnique Plates coated with artesunate,dihydroartemisinin,arteether and pyronaridine were prepared and thesuccessful rates reached 79.4%, 79.8%,78.6%' and 77.3% respectively . In addition, Plates coated with chloroquine and amodiaquine provided by WHO gave similar results.The schizont inhibited rates increased in keeping with the increase of drug concentration.The authors suggested that the testing results was reliable and the tested plate could be used further in the field.
