认真分析医患不和谐的原因,着力于从自身做起,以"和谐"为动力,重点加强科室文化建设,通过构建和谐内部关系、加强医患沟通、促进科室间协作、爱心回报社会等一系列方法,提高核心竞争力,赢得患者和社会的信任,构建和谐的医患关系,促进各科室协调、稳步的发展,塑造医院良好的职业形象。
Our hospital carefully analyzed the reasons for disharmonious relationship between doctors and patients and decided to emphasize construction of department culture motivated by "harmony". By establishing harmonious internal relationship, improving communication between doctors and patients, promoting cooperation between departments, and repaying the society with love, hospitals should advance core competitive force, win trust from the patients and the society, establish harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, improve the coherent and steady development among departments and shape a good professional image of hospitals.
