生物柴油与轻柴油混合燃料的理化特性 被引量:23

摘要 用0#柴油与大豆毛油制成的生物柴油配成10种不同掺混比的混合燃料,测定了混合燃料的兼容性、密度、闪点、馏程、运动粘度、酸值、凝点和冷滤点等指标。结果表明:生物柴油与0#柴油具有良好的兼容性,其混合燃料的密度、闪点、蒸馏温度、运动粘度和酸值随生物柴油掺混比的增大而增大,生物柴油的凝点和冷滤点偏高;掺混比小于或等于20%的混合燃料基本符合国家轻柴油标准;而使用较高掺混比的混合燃料时,必须对馏程、酸值和冷滤点等指标进行改进。 The 0^# diesel was selected to mix with biodiesel made by rough soybean oil in ten different proportions to form the mixed fuels. Their compatibility, density, flash point, distillation temperature, viscosity, acid number, solidifying point and cold filter plugging point were tested. The results indicated that: the mixed fuels' compatibility is good; the density, flash point, distillation temperature, viscosity and acid number rise with the increase of mixing proportion of biodiesel; the solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of biodiesel are slightly higher; when the ratio of biodiesel to light diesel is less than or equals to 20%, the mixed fuels meet national standard of light diesel; when the ratio is bigger than 20%, the distillation temperature, acid number and cold filter plugging point need to be improved in application. 2 tabs, 6 figs, 8 refs
