摘要
在建立的冷铣刨机整机系统数学模型的基础上,对铣刨机3种铣削深度下的作业速度与滑转率之间的变化规律进行了仿真研究。结果表明:在3种载荷下冷铣刨机的作业速度接近最大时,其滑转率为23%;当变量泵的排量继续增加时,机器作业速度几乎没有增加,而滑转率迅速增加。
A model of the whole system is established and the laws between the load and the slip rate in three different milling depths are researched through the simulation. The simulation results show that. when the machine work speed is close to the maximum one, the machine slip rate is 23%; if the pump displacement keeps on increasing, the machine work speed can hardly increase while the slip rate increases quickly. 7 figs, 9 refs.
