目的了解肾移植患者术后不同时间的遵医行为及其影响因素。方法自行设计遵医行为调查表,对肾移植术后门诊随访及参加肾友会的患者进行问卷调查。按术后不同时间进行分组。结果肾移植患者术后不同时间遵医行为存在差异。结论建立长期的督促机制,以提高肾移植患者的遵医行为。

Objective To study the compliance and its factors in different periods for patients after renal transplantation. Method Investigate follow- up outpatients and those who joined the renal club by self- designed compliance questionnaire. Divide the discharge patients in different periods. Result There is difference between the compliance of discharge patients in different periods. Conclusion To establish long - term surveillance regulation, in order to improve the medical compliance of patients undergoing renal transplant.
