护士不良妊娠的相关因素调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on the correlation factors of abnormal pregnancy of the nurses

目的了解基层医院护士妊娠的健康情况,分析出现不良妊娠与所在科室的相关性,为合理人力资源管理提供依据。方法分析30名有医疗证明出现不良妊娠、并请假休息1月及以上的护士资料。结果护士出现不良妊娠与所在科室有密切关系,急诊科、儿科是高危科室。结论护士职业的特殊性对生理健康影响很大,特别对女性安全妊娠影响更大。管理层应重视护士身心健康,加大人力资源的投入并合理调配,护理人员应注意自身防护,预防和减少不良妊娠的发生。

Objective To study the health condition of nurses＇ pregnancy in grass- roots hospital, analyze the relevance of abnormal pregnancy and workplace in order to provide the basis of human resources management. Method Analyze the data of 30 nurses appear abnormal pregnancy with medical proof and have more than one month＇ s rest. Result Nurses＇ abnormal pregnancy has close relation with workplace. Working in emergency and pediatric department is high risk. Conclusion The specialty of nursing profession has a great effect on nurses＇ physical health, especially women＇s pregnancy safety. Managers should pay attention to nurses＇ physical and mental health, increase the input of human resources and adjust reasonably. Nurses should protect themselves to prevent and reduce the abnormal pregnancy.
