摘要
提出了一种基于硬压缩的嵌入式网络摄像机的设计与实现,介绍了系统框架结构和软件设计。其中,主控芯片采用三星公司的S3C2510A,负责系统的控制和任务调度管理;MPEG4硬压缩芯片采用WIS公司的GO7007SB,负责音视频编码。分析研究了实时传输协议RTP及其控制协议RTCP,构建一种嵌入式μClinux平台下基于RTP/RTCP协议的采集传输系统,能够实时采集音视频数据、编码并通过网络传输。同时,通过加性增加乘性减少的方法进行流量控制。该设计与实现方案目前已应用到视频监控系统中,完全满足系统的需求。
The design and implementation of a hardware - cornpressed based embedded network camera are presented. Also the system structure and software design are introduced. With Samsung＇s microprocessor S3C2510A as its MPU and WIS＇s GO7007SB as its hardware compressed chip of MPEG4 are adopted. The real- time transport protoeol（RTP） and the real - time transport control protocol （RTCP） are used to tranmait the compressed audio/video stream in real - time on network. The algorithm of AIMD（additive increase multiplieative decrease） is used to control its flow, This solution has been already adopted in the video monitor system and it meets the re- quirements of system.
