摘要
教学质量评估体系的建立与应用的目的在于激励教师的积极性,提高学校整体教学质量,建立完善的教学质量保障体系。在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,详细阐述了基于.NET的高校教师教学质量评估系统的设计与实现。本评估系统在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,做到了评教主体覆盖面广;评教工作的安排科学合理;系统的数据处理能力强;评教结果真实、可信度高。本系统切实有效地达到了辅助教学的目的。
The aim of the establishment and the application of quality of teacher＇s evaluation system lies in driving teacher＇s enthusiasm, improves the school overall quality of teaehing, establishes the perfect quality of teaehing safeguard system. This evaluation system establishes the teaeher quality of teaeher＇s evaluation target system in the foundation, aehieved the founder body coverage to be broad; comments the arrangement science whieh teaehes to work to be reasonable; system data- .handling eapaeity; comments really teaehes the result, the confidence level is high.
