摘要
工程文档管理是海洋石油平台设计工作中非常繁杂和重要的工作,基于TCP/IP的多项目(组)多用户的工程文档管理系统,采用B/S结构、利用数据库和动态网页编程技术实现了平台设计工作中"管理文档"、"厂家文档"和"成果文档"等工程文档的分布式更新上传和查询下载;同时实现了部分设计工作的事前计划与事后跟踪功能。在海油工程公司参与的"印尼SES气田"总包工程中取得了很好的效果。
Engineering-file managing system is an important and miscellaneous work in design of offshore platform. Based on TCP/IP multi-item engineering-file management, distribution of up-transmitting of renewal and downloading of inquirement of" Managing File"," Enterprise File" and" Achievment File" are realized by structure B/S, usage of databank and programing technique of dynamic webpage; For parts of design, pre-plan and post-event shadowing are also achieved. Such managing system gets good result from the engineering general contract of SES Gas Field of Indonesia.
