摘要
应用科学计量学方法,对1995-2006年中国与法国SCI合著科技论文的增长情况、学科分布、论文质量、热点领域以及院校、科研机构合作情况进行统计分析,根据统计分析结果探讨中法合著科技论文的特点,揭示当前科技合作中的潜在问题并提出相应的解决措施,最后对跨国科技合作的未来发展趋势进行预测。
By means of scientometrics＇ methods, this paper is engaged in analyses to the scientific and technical cooperation between China and France, focusing on five aspects of the SCI co - author papers from 1995 to 2006, thus, the general growth, subject categories, quality assessments, hot fields, as well as the introduction of cooperation situation among specific organizations. Potential problems are also discussed in hope of purposing theoretical support to the more efficient cooperation in the future.
