摘要
法学教学应关注法律职业化需求,从法律职业的角度构建法学教学模式可以采用动态系统与静态系统结合、纵向系统与横向系统的联合构建的教学模式,即由"讲、练、看、干"四个环节构成的动态系统、纵向系统,由"诉讼模块、非诉讼模块、综合实训模块"三大模块构成的静态系统、横向系统。动与静的结合、纵与横的统一构建了法学职业化教学的教学模式——四.三教学模式。
The teaching of law should concern with the demand of legal profession, so that the teaching model can be constructed of the dynamic in contrast to static, synchronic in contrast to diachronic mechanisms. Furthermore, the modules of lawsuit, non-suit, and practice are obtained.
