大学生心理健康状况调研——以河北师范大学为例

随着教育改革和新政策的实施,大学生所面临的心理负荷越来越重。调查结果表明,河北师范大学学生的心理健康状况较好,SCL—90各个因子分均值低于省内和国内大学生,但与社会成人相比依然存在问题。建议:建立本校大学生心理健康常模,做好心理咨询与辅导工作,开好心理健康课。

With the educational reforms, the tension of the undergraduates grows heavier. According to the survey, the mental condition of the students is better, with the level of the SCL-90 lower than that of those in Hebei and China.
