血栓通胶囊治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xueshuantong Jiaonang for Central Choroidal Serous Retinopathy

用血栓通胶囊治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变３０例，对照组３０例用复方丹参片加生脉饮，通过眼底血管荧光造影和视功能检查对疗效进行评价，经过６周治疗后，３０例中有效者２９例（９６．７％），显效以上者２３例（７６．７％），治疗组的疗效优于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５。认为血栓通胶囊能使视力显著提高，视网膜水肿消退，视网膜渗出吸收，眼底中心凹光反射重新出现。

cases of central choroidal Serous retinopathy were treated with Xueshuantong Jiaonang (Capsule for Removing Thrombus,G.1)and 30 cases treated with Compound Red Sage Tablet and Shengmai Yin were served as control.The effect was evaluated with fundus cineangiography and visual acuity test.After six weeks of treatment,in G.1,29 cases were effective(96.7%) and 23 cases were obviously effective (76.7%).The effect was better than that in control group.It is thought that,the capsule can improve vision,eliminate retinal edema,absorb retinal exudation and promote the recovery of central fovea reflex.
