摘要
合成出三种不同官能度的巯基化合物,在对其表征的基础上,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱原位跟踪和紫外光差示扫描量热实时跟踪方法,研究了巯基化合物官能度、巯基与乙烯基配比和辐照强度对巯基-VL20体系光固化反应的影响规律。结果表明:高官能度的巯基化合物,反应速率较快;光聚合反应速率约与光强的0.5次方成正比。
Photopolymerization of vinyl-containing liquid preceramic monomers eopolymerize with thiol monomers is a novel, rapid, inexpensive, and simple technique for producing preceramic structures from liquid precursors. Three thiol monomers were synthesized and characterized by ^1H- NMR. The effects of functionality of thiol monomers, functional group ratio of thiol to vinyl and photo-intensity on the photo-polymerization of thiol-vinyl were studied by means of advanced in-situ FT-IR and real-time photo-DSC monitoring. The results show that the higher the functionality of thiol monomers, the quicker the photo-polymerization; the rate of photo-polymerization is proportional to photo-intensity to the 0.5 power.
