精神分裂症患者胰岛素分泌异常的影响因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 2005年5月至2007年5月,我们观察了67例住院精神分裂症患者,发现其中36例空腹胰岛素水平低于正常,而餐后2h胰岛素水平达到或超过空腹胰岛素水平的5～10倍。为探究原因,我们将其与未曾诊断合并糖尿病的非精神分裂症患者74例做对照,并对两组患者各项指标进行了统计分析,报告如下。
