结构件涂装线吊具的改进

Improvement of sling of structural component coating line

针对结构件涂装生产工艺中存在的喷漆质量问题,对抛丸、喷漆输送一体化涂装线使用的吊具进行了改进。采用圆形钢管作为工件吊具,避免吊具存在水平面,消除了弹丸残余的可能性。应用表明,新的吊具结构能够满足涂装质量要求。

Aimed at coating quality problems existing in the structural component coating production process, the sling used in settle the integrated coating line involving shot blasting and spraying/painting transportation was improved. The possibility of pill residue was eliminated because of avoiding leveling the sling due to the use of round steel tube as workpiece sling. Application shows that the new sling structure can meet the requirement for coating quality.
