高性能水泥复合砂浆与混凝土粘结的剪切性能试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 对27组共81个试件进行双面剪切试验,研究了混凝土表面粗糙度、界面剂及水泥复合砂浆强度等因素对界面剪切强度的影响规律,并用双因素方差分析法分析了各影响因素的影响程度及其交互效应影响的显著性。试验结果表明:混凝土表面的粗糙处理、界面剂的使用、复合砂浆强度的提高均有助于剪切强度的提高;粗糙度和复合砂浆强度的提高并不能无限制提高剪切强度,因为其作用的发挥受限于其他因素的制约;无机界面剂比水泥净浆提高剪切强度的幅度大。各因素的影响程度由大到小分别为:复合砂浆强度、界面剂、混凝土表面处理粗糙度。 Two-sided shearing experiments were carried on 81 specimens from 27 different groups to investigate the shear properties of adhesion between high performance cement - mortar and concrete. The influencing regularities of several factors including roughness of interfacial treating, adhesion agent and strength of cement - motar concrete on adhesive shear property were studied. The effect degree of every factor and their interactive effect were analysed using double factors variance analysis. The experimental results show that the roughness handles, use of adhesion agent, improvement of cemnt - mortar strength all help to improve the shear propertites. But the improment of roughness of interfacial treating and strength of cement-motar concrete can not improve the shear properties unlimitedly, confined to other factors. The inorganic interface agent had better effect than the cement interface agent. Every factor effect degree is from arriving at small difference greatly: The cement-mortar strength effect the shear properties most, then the adhesion agent, and the roughness of interfacial treating effect least.
