小直流电对S_(37)肉瘤细胞周期的影响

摘要 本文用显微分光光度计对经小直流电处理过的S37肉瘤细胞核DNA含量进行了测定。以淋巴细胞的平均DNA含量作为2倍体(2C)细胞的标准含量,据此推出瘤细胞的倍体水平。结果表明,小直流电阳极和阴极均能使较低倍体水平2C、3C和4C细胞的比例明显增加。说明小直流电对S37肉瘤细胞周期有抑制作用。 The nuclear DNA conten of S37 sarcoma treated by small direct currents was determined with mi-crospectrophotometer.Mean DNA conten of the lymphocytes was regarded as standard content of diploid (2C). According to this, the ploid level of tumor cells was determined. The results demonstrated that small direct currents (positive and negative electrodes)caused significant decarease of relative number of cells of lower ploid level(2C,3C and 4C) and signioan significant increase of relative number of cells of higher ploid level(more than 6C) .This indicates that small direct currents can inhibit cell cycle S37 sarcoma.
