档案柜的控制与管理系统设计

The design of a file-cabinet control and management system

为了提高档案管理水平,开发了一种全自动的档案柜控制管理系统。系统由PLC、操作键盘和计算机组成。用户从键盘输入柜斗号,系统控制被选择的柜斗运行到柜门口,用户可进行资料的归档和查阅。用Visual Basic 6.0和SQL Server数据库设计了档案管理系统,可实现资料的查询、添加、删除和修改,利用PLC与计算机之间的串口通信,用户可通过检索来选择存储资料的柜斗。

This paper deals with the development of an all-automatic file-cabinet control and management system, which is composed of a PLC, operation keyboard and a computer. To categorize and search for the selected files, one can enter the selected box number, and then the box can be driven to the outlet of the file cabinet for use automatically. In order to operate the system conveniently, a file database management system is also designed by using both Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server. The designed management system can do searching, deleting and modifying the file database. The selected box that contains the expected files can be indexed by means of the management system. Then the box number is transmitted to the control system to call the selected box through serial communication.
