摘要
传统数控系统硬件大多基于通用计算机或工业控制计算机之上,软件基于Windows平台。软硬件成本高、功耗大、资源浪费。文章给出了一种基于Linux操作系统,以ARM9微处理器为硬件平台,向动力驱动装置,即伺服电机和步进电机驱动器提供控制信号,控制铣刀的旋转和走位的嵌入式数控铣床控制系统的实现方案。经实验表明,系统在较好地满足传统数控铣床系统功能要求的前提下,大大降低了成本,节约了资源。
Most conventional CNC milling machines adopt the hardware usually based on a general computer or an industrial control computer and takes software Windows as a software platform. Their cost and power dissipation are very high, thus causing most resources to be wasted. This paper present an embedded CNC milling machine control system,which is based on the Linux operating system and the ARM9 microprocessor. This processor is used to set up an embedded hardware platform to provide control signals for both servo motor driver and stepper motor driver, and then the control signals are used to control the cutter's rotation and pace. The experiments show that on the premise of meeting the functional requirements of the conventional CNC milling machine,the cost is reduced greatly and the saving on resources in attained.
