摘要
断路器是电力系统中的重要设备。断路器的事故统计表明:大部分断路器的故障是机械操作系统故障,而检测动触头运动特性是判断断路器性能的重要手段。该文通过对断路器触头运动特性的分析,提出采用硅压阻MEMS技术的加速度传感器来测量断路器触头运动特性,详细介绍了采用加速度传感器的测量方法。强调要用多种滤波方法对测量数据进行分析才能得出正确结果,并用C++绘制了清晰的触头运动曲线。
a breaker installation plays a very important part in an electric power system. The statistical accidents of breakers indicate that most accidents rise from a mechanical operation system due to the malfunction. An important means for judging the performance of the breaker is to check the dynamical contact for its movement characteristics. The paper makes an analysis of the movement characteristics and then presents a method to use the new type accelo - sensor to detect the charcteristic. The paper also lays stress on the analysis of the detected data by means of filter techniques. The movement graph is plotted by C + + language.
