Design of a Pb-Ca Alloy Automatic Casting Control System

本文以实现铅钙合金在直线铸型机上自动浇注为目标,在研制的铅钙合金低造渣浇注装置基础上,研究开发了以PLC为技术核心的自动浇注控制系统。其中包括同步运动、定量浇注、熔体箱恒重量等控制过程,满足了自动、精确、无回流浇注的需求,为我国铅钙合金自动化生产提供了技术途径。

To achieve the goal that the automatic casting of Pb-Ca alloya can be realized on a linear casting machine, on the basis of the low slagging Pb-Ca alloy casting equipment, we study and develop an automatic casting control system whose core technology is PLC. The control system includes these controlling processes of synchronous movement, quantitative casting,constant weight keeping of the melt box, and so on, satisfies the demands of automation, exactness, and returnless pouring. This research provides a technical approach to the automatic Pb-Ca alloy production.
