摘要
针对矿用蓄电池机车在使用过程中存在工作能耗大、触头易损坏、经济效益差、在启动和制动过程中电流过大又不易控制等问题,研制了变频调速系统。该系统采用SVPWM(空间电压矢量)调制技术,使电机在使用过程中所产生的电流谐波少,转矩脉动小,低噪音。经Matlab仿真试验,证实该系统可靠,性能良好。
As the mine accumulator locomotive has the problems of large energy consumption, contact damage, poor economic benefit, difficult control of starting and braking etc. , a frequency conversion speed regulating system is studied. The system uses the SVPWM (space current vector) modulation technique, which makes the motor produce less current harmonic, small torque pulsation and low noise in use. The Matlab simulation experiment proves reliable and good performance of the system.
