摘要
冲模总体结构CAD模块往往存在开放性不足的问题,即用户只能选用若干套预先集成在模块中的典型结构,这大大限制了整个系统的柔性和实用性。对此,提出一种开放的冲模总体结构CAD模块的实现方法,应用分层建库和基于实例的设计思想,提高了模块的开放性,支持用户将常用结构添加进模块的库中以便以后的重用——特别是拓扑结构全新的零件,从而提高设计效率。
Problems of lacking openness have been always found among many punch-die general structure CAD module. Users can only choose a few sets of pre-integrated typical structures, which will greatly restrict the flexibility and utility of the entire system. Thus, a method of realizing an open punch-die general structure CAD module is presented in this paper. The module, using base creation by levels and case-based technologies, will improve the efficiency of punch-die deig- ning and make it possible to add frequently-used structures, especially parts with totally new topological structure, into the library of the module for reusing.
